Design Services
It's simple; your home and your spaces should be a reflection of you. If you don't appreciate what is around you, it is time for change. That's where we step in. The moment you connect with our design professionals, you will be connecting with someone who loves what they do. We take an easy-going approach to getting to know you and find out what you truly want.truly want. Because each project is different, pricing varies. We have experience placing one or two items in a room, as well as traveling across the country to do entire dramatic home re-designs. Working within a budget? No problem. We have several arrangements to get you started on a journey to allow you to appreciate your home's interior spaces. There's no time like the present to get started. Space by Schreier
Space by Schreier is a design service that will allow you to implement a comprehensive plan over time. Clients receive an analysis of their space and its needs. Jeff will also suggest perhaps re-using existing furniture, design a floor plan showing furniture placement, make suggestions for colors and purchases, and give a "how-to" guide on completing the project. Your final recommendations from Jeff will be placed in a loose-leaf, coffee-table-sized book that youll be able to continue to add to, doing the work at your own pace.Fees: $2,500 for plans for up to three rooms$750 per additional room $5,000 for an entire-home plan
